Rates
Feel free to contact me regarding my fee or any insurance/billing information. I can provide you with a statement that includes all the necessary information that is needed for reimbursement. Payment is accepted at the beginning of each visit. Sessions are 50 min, but with notice can also be 75 minutes or longer depending on what's needed.
Insurance*
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Flexible Spending and Health Savings Account
- Check with your employer to see if counseling qualifies for tax free earnings with a flexible spending account (FSA) or a Health Savings Account
Payment
Cash and check accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
